Sunrise Gold
I was stunned when a small hole opened in the cloud cover, and the trees across the lake from me turned gold. In less then five minutes, it was over, and the colors of autumn returned.
I know people will say this photo was 'photo-shopped', a word I hate. I learned another reason that day to shot raw images. The three raw images that comprise this pano are the flat, dull versions of this image. And the raw images DO show the amazing site I witnessed.
